This system was designed as a method to use existing equipment and technology to provided for a rapid, and safe, entry into homes and businesses during an emergency.

Presently, when emergency responders are summoned to a residence or place of business through the county 911 telephone system, it is often difficult to make entry due to the inablility of the resident to open the door. Under these cirucumstances the rescuer must force open a door, or window, causing costly damage to the structure and using precious minutes which might save a life.

The BAER lockbox system, once installed, provides the rescuer with a secured combination code which will allow key access through the front door with NO damage!!!

Bay Area Emergency Resources, LLC will install the lockbox on the front of the home, or business, in an area which will be familar to the emergency responder. The six digit emergency code will then be placed in the secured 911 dispatch computer which will allow access to the number ONLY by emergency responders and in an emergency situation.

The one-time cost of the Lockbox, installation, and notification to the 911 center is $69.95 which includes tax. There are NO additional monthly fees.
